We will also request an initial advance payment for the name search. • Upon receiving the advance, we will proceed with the name search and forward the ROC receipt to you. • We will then draft the company’s Articles of Association and email it to you for approval. • After the company name is approved by the ROC, we will prepare all incorporation documents and email them to you for signatures. At this stage, we will request the balance payment. • Once we receive the signed documents and balance payment, we will submit the incorporation documents to the ROC. • After the registration is approved by the ROC, we will apply for a certified copies of the Form • We will then apply for opening the company's income tax file with the DIR. • The board resolution required for opening a bank account will also be emailed to you.
